Airport Transfer Service
We can arrange a pick-up to take you from Manchester International Airport to your accommodation on your arrival in England. Prices start from just £55 (one-way). Please read our Airport Transfer Terms and Conditions. To arrange a transfer we must know your flight details TWO WEEKS in advance of your arrival. The details we need to know are:
- Flight number (including airport code)
- Date of arrival
- Expected time of arrival
- Airport and Country of departure
- Any stops that the flight will be making en route

Arriving in Manchester
Manchester has one of the largest airports in Britain. It is used by over 90 airlines flying to and from over 165 international airports. For more information check manchesterairport.co.uk
Important information
When you arrive at an airport and pass through immigration controls, you will have to show your passport or identity card, and visa if needed. You may also have to show your confirmation of enrolment with Manchester Central School of English and proof that you have paid your fees.

Train
The easiest way to the city centre of Manchester from Manchester International Airport is by train. Trains run every 10-60 minutes (depending on your arrival time) and the journey takes approximately 20-30 minutes. The train to the city centre takes you to Manchester Piccadilly Station.
The train ticket to Manchester Piccadilly Station costs around £3 (one way) and can be bought from the train ticket desk or from self-service ticketing machines. Ticketing machines are also situated in each baggage reclaim hall in each terminal.
Bus
Buses run every 10-15 minutes and it takes approximately 60 minutes to the city centre of Manchester from Manchester International Airport.
you can catch buses route 43, 105 (Company: Stagecoach) and get off at Piccadilly Gardens.
The bus ticket to Piccadilly Gardens costs around £3 (only for Stagecoach bus) or 3.50 (for most bus companies throughout Manchester). This ticket is called Dayrider / DaySaver and you can use it all day to travel around Manchester.

Tourist Information Centre can be found in Terminal 1 & 2 (Level 1) of Manchester International Airport.

Flying to Liverpool John Lennon Airport - liverpooljohnlennonairport.com
There is a direct bus/coach operating between Liverpool John Lennon Airport and Manchester city centre/Manchester Central Coach Station. (Company: Arriva - bus route 700, National Express) The bus/coach runs every hour and the journey takes approximately 1 hour 5 minutes - 1hour 20 minutes.
