Aims and Objectives
This course aims to provide the student with a wide range of skills regularly used in business contexts. This Business English course is designed around the individual needs of the student which are identified via a comprehensive needs analysis questionnaire distributed at the beginning of the course.
Outline of syllabus for the Englisb Business Course
1. Writing formal business letters, reports, emails and faxes
2. Telephoning skills and techniques
3. Making presentations in English
4. Marketing a product via promotion / advertising and conducting research
5. Describing processes / operations in a business context
6. Participating in meetings
7. Dealing with business-related problems and complaints
8. Sales and negotiating skills
9. Describing your organisation, its structure and history
10. Socialising with colleagues / visitors
- Available all year
- Start any Monday
- Small groups (Minimum of 3 students required)
- Minimum age is 16 years old
- 5 - 15 hours of lessons per week
- One 3-hour afternoon lesson per day
- Choose how many weeks you want to study - the longer you stay, the less you pay
- We also offer Business English on a 1-to-1 basis.
